Charming West Seattle Rental Properties

We had the best experience working with Barb and the Avenue One team as we moved into a new rental a few months back. We applied to countless rentals in Seattle over the last year and Barb was the only leasing agent who actually took the time to call me back, offer support and truly share a care and interest in helping us find a space. She is incredibly communicative, super genuine, and made the entire process from application through move in day seamless. We just came out of a very unfortunate landlord / tenant relationship so this was an absolute breath of fresh air and professionalism. So glad to be renting with a property management team behind the scenes to help make renting a smooth and peaceful experience. Avenue one is the best! I just moved back to Seattle from LA and ended up in the most perfect building on Queen Anne through Avenue One! The team is so kind and attentive, and the building is beautifully maintained. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great leasing company!
