Being a landlord is not for the faint-hearted. After managing a duplex rental property on our own, we turned to Avenue One 7-8 years ago to give us much needed help. My fiancé has a condo in the Eastlake neighborhood, that we needed to rent out. We were a bit apprehensive about being landlords since neither of us has done this before.
