Being a landlord is not for the faint-hearted. After managing a duplex rental property on our own, we turned to Avenue One 7-8 years ago to give us much needed help. Right away, Julie and Tracy added value, handling all of the tenant change-over maintenance and raising the rent to reflect the current market, handing the marketing and then showing and screening potential tenants. They were clearly the experts, and handled everything very efficiently.
