Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm

Maintenance Instructions

Locked Out:

  • If you are locked out of your home, please call our locksmith for assistance: Security Safe and Lock (425) 454-6969 or a locksmith of your choice. We do not provide a lock out service, so you will need to pay for the service.

For Non-emergency maintenance requests:

  • Please login to your tenant portal to submit a maintenance request. Get started by clicking on the login button below.

For Emergency maintenance requests:

To report an emergency repair outside of business hours, please call: (206) 890-5977 and leave a message with your name, phone number, property address, and state the nature of the emergency. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.

*This number is for emergencies only, please do not call to report non-emergency items.

Additional Troubleshooting Tips:

  • For gas smell – please call the gas company, and if necessary 911
  • For water intrusion – please shut the water off at the main shut off
  • For heating issues – please check breakers, furnace filter, pilot lights, and check with the utility company for a possible service outage
